So is buying a home hard? Not with Tara and Manuel. I do have to say that they are experienced enough to answer all of my questions, and some situations we have are not common. So my experience might be biased, everything feel into place perfectly. Or it just could be that Tara made it look easy. (She also needs credit for being a handholding counselor.)
